Kathy Ann Oshiro
Kathy A. Oshiro has done everything at our company. She started more than 25 years ago as a bookkeeper, then became office manager; and has been a full-time certified appraiser since 2002. Her dedication to our company and the appraisal profession is the strength of the company. She is a State of Hawaii Certified Residential Appraiser* and is certified by HUD to do FHA appraisals and by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to do VA appraisals.
