Sidney S. Uyetake, SRA
Sidney S. Uyetake has been appraising residential properties in Honolulu for the past 42 years and was the eighth appraiser to be certified by the State of Hawaii. He is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a degree in Real Estate. The University of Hawaii College of Business awarded him Outstanding Senior in Real Estate in 1975. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and was awarded the SRA Designation in 1981. The SRA designation, the Institute's most prestigious for its members who practice primarily residential appraisal, is held by real estate solutions providers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property. He is a State of Hawaii Certified Residential Appraiser* and is certified by HUD to do FHA appraisals. Many lenders have put him on a "preferred" or "premier" list of approved appraisers.
